We are a village cricket club based in beautiful north Cornwall and founded in 1892, where we field two senior teams in the cornwall cricket league.

The 1st team compete in county division one, with a very youthful side.

Players include former Gloucester CC and England u19 player Tom Shrewsbury. Former Gloucester academy player Josh Wingfield and a few that represented Cornwall youth teams. With gaining promotion last year the team hope to compete and remain in county division 1.

The 2nd team compete in division 5 east and are hoping for back to back promotions this year, they have a mixture of experience and youth players making them a well balanced side.

There is a fantastic youth set up at St Minver with 50 plus youth players, representing u11's, u13's and u15's teams. We have three level two coaches, chairman Richard Shrewsbury, youth co-ordinator Nigel Hocking and 1st team captain Ben Hawken. There are several level one coaches and a couple of volunteers looking to progress their coaching further with courses.

The club has many sponsors, the main sponsor for the 1st team is Sharps Brewery of Rock and supported by Rock shellfish. The seconds are sponsored by HML builders.

Finally the youth have several sponsors such as the Longcross hotel, Wadebridge bathroom studio and Cole Rayment and White. The youth have a fantastic coloured kit of green and good the clubs colours.

There is a thriving social side at St Minver CC with two pool teams in the north cornwall pool league, which runs through the winter. The clubhouse is also equipped with two dartboards, a pool table and cheap refreshments.

We have recently gone about big refurbishments on the clubhouse with a complete renovation of the home changing room and bar area, we are now in the process of building an away changing room and scorebox.

We are always looking for new members to join our friendly club so give us a visit or contact us via our website or telephone.
