West Indian off-spinner Sunil Narine has been reported for a suspect illegal bowling action following the recent Pakistan Super League encounter between Lahore Qalandars and Quetta Gladiators in Sharjah.
Narine, who represents Lahore in the tournament has been kept on the warning list and can continue to be picked by the side.
A statement released by the Pakistan Cricket Board confirmed the news on the 29-year-old and further insisted that the reports will be sent to Cricket West Indies (CWI) for the future course of actions.
"Narine has been reported for a suspected illegal bowling action during Wednesday's PSL Twenty20 game between Lahore Qalandars and Quetta Gladiators at Sharjah," read the statement.
"The match officials' report on Narine’s bowling action will be sent to CWI and he will have to go through the process that is followed by the CWI, for suspected illegal bowling actions."
This is the third time Narine is reported for a suspect bowling action after the 2014 Champions League in India followed by the 2016 series against Sri Lanka in November.
He managed to remodel his action for the second time and returned ahead of the Indian Premier League 2016 tournament and now will once again go through the process to resume his cricketing career.
