Taylor Backs Associate Nations In The World Cup
England and Nottinghamshire batsman James Taylor has expressed his backing for the participation of associate nations in the World Cup.
Taylor was impressed with how the associate teams played against the test playing nations in the recent World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. The ICC recently announced that they would be cutting the amount of teams competing in the competition to just ten teams which is a huge blow for the associate nations.
The Nottinghamshire batsman stated that personally he would keep the format of the competition the same, allowing the associate nations to continue to compete.
