UAE D10: Hamza's all-round act wins it for Ajman
Solid all-round performance by Ameer Hamza helped Ajman Alubond beat Fujairah Pacific Ventures by 32 runs in the Emirates D10 tournament on Sunday.

At the ICC Academy Oval 2 ground, Ajman was asked to bat first. They posted an impressive 132 for seven in their 10 overs. The Ajman openers Zawar Farid (40: 19b, 7x4, 1x6) and Ameer Hamza (33: 11b, 3x4, 3x6) added 72 for the opening wicket. Thereafter Sandy Sandeep (20) and Abdul Shakoor (27) were the other useful contributions.
For Fujairah, Sanchit Sharma (2-25), Hassan Khalid (2-16) and Sheraz Piya (2-25) were the most successful bowlers.
In their chase, Fujairah lost wickets at regular intervals. Basil Hameed (30: 15b, 1x4, 2x6) was the top-scorer for Fujairah. Asif Khan (18) and Sheraz Piya (16) were the only other batsmen to get into double figures. Ameer Hamza (2-22) was once again in the act with the ball.
Along side Hamza, skipper Nasir Aziz (2-22) and Hamad Arshad (2-20) were the other successful bowlers for Ajman as Fujairah ended at 100 for nine in their 10 overs to lose by 32 runs.
