In reply, Queensland looked to be out of the game until a rear-guard action by Mitchell Swepson 77 and Xavier Bartlett 28 put them within sight of an improbable victory with a 77 run partnership. However, it was not to be today for Queensland and Victoria come out winners by the narrowest of margins. Will Sutherland 5-45 was the pick of Victoria bowlers.
