The West Indies have added fast bowler Jason Holder to their Test squad two days before the first match against New Zeland begins in Jamaica.

Holder is yet to play a Test but has played 17 One-Day Internationals and a Twenty20 International since making his international debut against Australia in February 2013.

The 22-year-old joins fellow quick bowlers Shannon Gabriel, Kemar Roach and Jerome Taylor in a 14-man squad for the Sabina Park opener.

The Barbados man has played just 21 first-class matches in his career, taking 56 wickets at an average of 21.33, and was recently in action during the Indian Premier League, where he represented the Sunrisers Hyderabad.
