West Indies have added left-arm-spinner Veerasammy Permaul for the third and final One-Day International against Pakistan to be played in Guyana on Tuesday.

Permaul has played six ODIs previously in which he has snared eight wickets at an economy of 4.69. He will be the third spinner to the squad joining Ashley Nurse and Devendra Bishoo, who had a decent outing in the series so far.

Head coach of West Indies Stuart Law stated that Permaul's inclusion is to provide cover to fast bowler Shannon Gabriel, who is a doubtful starter for the game after sustaining a hamstring injury.

The series stands level at 1-1 with both teams winning a game apiece in the first two matches.

West Indies ODI squad against Pakistan:

Jason Holder (capt), Devendra Bishoo, Jonathan Carter, Miguel Cummins, Shannon Gabriel, Shai Hope, Alzarri Joseph, Evin Lewis, Jason Mohammed, Ashley Nurse, Kieran Powell, Rovman Powell, Chadwick Walton, Veerasamy Permaul
