The West Indies selectors have dropped fast bowler Jerome Taylor from the One-Day International squad for the final leg of the ongoing tri-series against South Africa and Australia.

Taylor played in the first two legs of the tri-series and took just two wickets at an average of 79.50 from four games, prompting the selectors to drop him.

In a media release, the West Indies Cricket Board has named a 13-man squad that remains unchanged except for the omission of Taylor.

West Indies, like South Africa and Australia, have two wins from four games but only have eight points and sit at the bottom of the points table with a net run rate of -1.189.

The final two games for West Indies in the ongoing tri-series will be a fixture against Australia on 21st June and a game against South Africa on 24th June, both to be played in Barbados.

West Indies Squad:

Jason Holder (captain), Sulieman Benn, Carlos Brathwaite, Darren Bravo, Jonathan Carter, Johnson Charles, Andre Fletcher, Shannon Gabriel, Sunil Narine, Ashley Nurse, Kieron Pollard, Denesh Ramdin, Marlon Samuels
