Win a copy of 'Greetings From' by Campbell Jefferys
We have six copies of Campbell Jefferys 'Greetings From' to give away, so you can read about his not so typical travels, including playing cricket in Heligoland.
Campbell Jefferys is not your typical travel writer; far from the glossy press junkets of much travel journalism, Jefferys gets car sick and nervous, doesn’t realize Parma ham comes from Parma and gets his heart broken. Greetings from is not a typical travel book. This down-to-earth collection of essays from 20 years of travel around the world gives an insight into how it really is on the road – the emotions, the mistakes, the people. The stories cover many places and themes, but all circle around the idea of being a stranger in a strange land.
Originally from Australia, Campbell Jefferys now lives in Germany where he runs a media company working in film, music, TV and books. He is a journalist with works published in the likes of the Sunday Telegraph, the Globe and Mail, Decanter and Adventure. He has won four independent publishing awards. A keen athlete, Jefferys represented Australia in triathlon at the World Age Group Championships in London in 2013 and is a dedicated cricket tragic.
Usual Cricket World competition terms and conditions apply and the competition will close on 6th May.
